4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, primarily on the following legal grounds:
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- Being mandatory for the Company to fulfil its legal obligations,
- Being necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed,
- Your explicit consent where required.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred — in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK — to authorised public institutions, our business partners, group companies and the suppliers we work with (e.g. hosting and infrastructure providers), for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations and providing services. Where transfers abroad are involved, the safeguards required by the KVKK are ensured.

Your personal data is collected through automated and non-automated methods such as the forms on our website, e-mail, phone and cookies.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of data processed unlawfully; request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from the exclusively automated analysis of your data; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding the above rights, together with information verifying your identity, by e-mail to info@egesa.com.tr or in writing to Next Level, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. Your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
